A popular YouTube channel offering a range of guided yoga and meditation practices, focusing on mental and emotional wellbeing as well as physical exercise.

Practices target a range of issues from low mood to difficulties with sleep, stress and anxiety. Adriene's style helps you focus on the sensations of your body within different stretches and poses. The video's have a strong emphasis on finding what feels good for you and practicing self love.
