Good Thinking has collaborated with members of London’s Buddhist community to create mental wellbeing resources that align with the beliefs and teachings of Buddhism.

With the support of the Buddhist Spiritual Care team, The Buddhist Society and the Network of Buddhist Organisations, Good Thinking has produced a range of guides and videos to help members of London’s Buddhist community boost their wellbeing and cope with losing a loved one.
